Max Healthcare Recognised as ‘Next Leaders’ in Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard 2025

Max Healthcare Institute Limited has once again earned recognition as “Next Leaders” in the Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard 2025, following an evaluation conducted by Institutional Investor Advisory Services India Limited (IiAS). This marks the second consecutive year that the healthcare major has received the distinction.

The recognition places the company among the top 20 organizations in the S&P BSE100 Index for corporate governance standards, highlighting the continued strengthening of its governance practices and institutional framework.

The rankings are based on an annual assessment of companies listed in the BSE100, carried out under the Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard framework. The current methodology is built on a model jointly developed by International Finance Corporation (IFC), BSE Limited, and IiAS.

The framework is aligned with the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, making the scorecard one of the most credible benchmarks for evaluating governance practices among leading Indian corporations.

According to the company, the recognition underscores the importance of strong corporate governance in fostering trust, ensuring effective risk management, and delivering sustainable long-term value for stakeholders.
