HCG Reports Q1 FY27 Results, with Revenue Up 13% YoY and Adjusted EBITDA Up 20% YoY

Bangalore, 6th August 2026: Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG), (NSE: HCG, BSE: 539787), India’s largest dedicated cancer private hospital network, under the brand “HCG”, has today announced its financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.

  1. Adjusted EBITDA excludes ESOP and one-time expenses, however in Q1 FY27 it also excludes North Bangalore Loss of INR 70 Mn
  2. Q4FY26 PAT post non-controlling interest normalized for one-time exceptional item pertaining goodwill impairment of fertility business

Commenting on the results, Dr. Manish Mattoo, Executive Director & CEO, HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG), said, “We have started FY27 on a strong note, with revenue growing 13% year-on-year to ₹6,951 million. Excluding North Bangalore hospital, 16 of our 25 centres recorded their highest-ever quarterly revenues, reflecting broad-based growth across our network and sustained demand for our oncology services.

Our focus on increasing the share of high-complexity oncology care and non-institutional business continues to strengthen the quality of our revenue. Non-institutional revenue grew 17% year-on-year, with its contribution increasing from 67% to 69%, while Adjusted EBITDA, grew 20% to ₹1,339 million, with margins improving to 19.4%.

We are encouraged by the strong response to our new North Bangalore hospital, which is expected to contribute meaningfully as insurance empanelment progress and onboarded doctors ramp up their practices. Looking ahead, we remain committed to strengthening clinical leadership, expanding capacity in high-potential markets, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth while enhancing access to world-class cancer care.”

Consolidated Highlights for the Quarter Ending 30th June, 26:

  • HCG delivered revenue of INR 6,951 Mn in Q1 FY27, reflecting ~13% YoY growth. North Bangalore hospital commenced operations in May 26, contributed INR 67 Mn in Q1 FY27
  • Revenue growth during the quarter was led by volume growth of 11% YoY. ARPP grew by 2% YoY, an improvement driven by a favourable payor mix was partly offset by changes in case mix, including a lower contribution from high-value, low-margin therapies
  • Adjusted EBITDA was INR 1,339 Mn in Q1 FY27, up 20% YoY. EBITDA margins improved to 19.4% in Q1 FY27 compared to 18.2% in Q1 FY26
  • International business revenue was INR 208 Mn, grew ~9% YoY in Q1 FY27, driven by stronger patient inflows for radiation oncology and PET cases
  • Fertility Business divested in June 26; delivered revenue of INR 169 Mn and EBITDA of INR 23 Mn in Q1 FY27

Key Business Developments for the Quarter Ending 30th June, 26:

  • Successfully commissioned the state-of-the-art 120+ bed hospital in North Bangalore, Hebbal, in May 2026, with 56 beds operational in the first phase. The facility has witnessed encouraging early traction, recording 550+ New patient registration and 300+ admissions since launch. The MR Linac was commissioned in July 2026, making the centre home to one of India’s most advanced adaptive radiation therapy platforms, further enhancing clinical capabilities and supporting future patient volume growth
  • Total 121 operational beds added during the quarter comprising of 56 beds at North Bangalore, 26 beds at Ranchi, 19 at Borivali, 8 at Nashik, 5 at Hubli, 7 at Kenya, further strengthening capacity across the network
  • Rajkot hospital has now become a Comprehensive Cancer Care (CCC) Centre following the commissioning of a new LINAC, strengthening its ability to provide advanced, end-to-end oncology care
  • Expanded robotic surgery capabilities with the addition of two high-end surgical robotic systems, a new installation at Nashik and a replacement robot installed at Bangalore CoE, reinforcing HCG’s leadership in advanced oncology care
