Max Healthcare Ties Up With UK’s The Learning Lab to Boost Clinical Training and Collaborative Research

Max Healthcare has entered into a strategic collaboration with UK-based The Learning Lab to strengthen healthcare capacity building through advanced training programmes and joint research initiatives.

The partnership has been formalised through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a significant step toward enhancing professional education within tertiary and specialised care environments.

The Learning Lab, a clinically driven spinout of Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, focuses on transforming healthcare education by delivering innovative, evidence-led learning solutions. Under this collaboration, both organisations will jointly design and deliver customised training modules aimed at addressing the evolving needs of healthcare professionals.

These programmes are expected to enhance clinical skills, support improved patient outcomes, and develop sustainable, locally rooted training capabilities across healthcare settings.

Highlighting the significance of the alliance, Max Healthcare Group Medical Director Sandeep Budhiraja said,
“By combining Max Healthcare’s frontline clinical experience with The Learning Lab’s academic and educational expertise, we aim to deliver practical, evidence-based learning that empowers nursing teams, enhances multidisciplinary cancer care…”

He added that the partnership also creates a robust platform for future joint research initiatives and advanced surgical training, including in the field of robotics.

Commenting on the collaboration, The Learning Lab CEO Bhaveet Radia praised Max Healthcare’s “inspiring vision and hugely impressive operational model.”

The alliance brings together Max Healthcare’s extensive clinical capabilities and nationwide hospital network with The Learning Lab’s expertise in developing scalable, high-impact healthcare education programmes rooted in NHS best practices, reinforcing a shared commitment to advancing clinical excellence and education.
