Mulk Technology is expanding its digital healthcare offering with a new AI-enabled hospital platform aimed at improving clinical operations, billing, insurance processes and patient engagement. The platform has been developed through a strategic partnership with OnClarity USA signed in Dubai on 23 October 2026.
The solution brings Mulk Technology’s Hospital Management System together with OnClarity USA’s AI-powered patient experience technologies. Instead of relying on multiple disconnected systems, hospitals can manage key functions through an integrated platform.
The system covers registration, electronic medical records (EMR), laboratory and radiology services, pharmacy, billing, insurance claims, telehealth and patient applications through a common database. Clinical activities such as procedures, tests, bed-days and consumables can also be connected directly with billing.
A key component is its AI-supported claims workflow. The technology can identify missing information, check claims against payer requirements and pre-authorisation conditions, suggest medical codes with supporting documentation and detect possible duplicate claims.
Before discharge, hospitals can reconcile procedures, investigations, bed-days and consumables with the final bill. Staff continue to review and approve claims, while work queues can be prioritised based on factors such as claim value, approval probability and deadlines. Rejected claims can also be reviewed and prepared for resubmission.
OnClarity USA’s AI tools extend patient communication across WhatsApp, voice, SMS, web chat and mobile applications. The system is designed to operate 24/7 in more than 40 languages, supporting appointments, reminders and routing of patient queries.
An agent-assistance feature gives staff access to relevant patient history and policy information during interactions. The platform’s Voice of the Patient capability analyses calls, chats, reviews and surveys to identify recurring concerns and help hospitals address them.
The solution also includes branded telehealth kiosks that can be deployed at offices, pharmacies and malls. Patients can use the kiosks for video consultations with hospital doctors and access on-site medicine dispensing.
Another component, the AI Longevity Module, is designed to support recurring preventive home-care programmes based on laboratory testing and physician-led monitoring.
The platform supports India’s Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), including ABHA creation and linking during registration. It also enables consent-based exchange of health records between ABDM-connected facilities.
Delivered through a cloud-based, subscription model, the platform can be configured for hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories and imaging centres. Healthcare facilities can adopt the complete solution or add its AI capabilities to their existing systems.
Dr Nawab Shafi Ul Mulk, Founder, Mulk Technology said, “We are excited to bring AI health technology to the UAE, Africa and India as digital transformation reshapes healthcare delivery worldwide. We have delivered telehealth to over 1.5 million insurance members in the UAE and in Africa through the DR Congo, we are in the final stages of implementation in India, and we have signed an MOU with the Maldives.”
Abed Kasaji, Co-Founder and CEO, OnClarity USA said, “Hospitals don’t have a technology shortage. They have a fragmentation problem, and patients are caught in the middle. With Dr Mulk and his team, we are giving hospitals one platform that follows the patient from the first call to the final claim, with results they can measure.”
The partnership reflects the growing shift towards connected, AI-enabled hospital infrastructure, where clinical, financial and patient-facing processes can operate within a unified digital environment.
