Santaana Fertility has unveiled an ambitious expansion strategy in Bengaluru through a strategic collaboration with Magnet Hospitals. Supported by an investment of ₹50 crore, the initiative will increase the fertility provider’s footprint to eight centres across the city, enabling greater access to specialized reproductive healthcare.
The expansion combines Santaana Fertility’s expertise in reproductive medicine with Magnet Hospitals’ integrated healthcare ecosystem. The collaboration is designed to strengthen clinical services while making advanced fertility treatment more accessible to patients across Bengaluru.
Founded under the guidance of Padma Shri awardee Dr. Kamini Rao, one of India’s leading pioneers in reproductive medicine, Santaana Fertility has built its care model around scientific evidence, individualized treatment planning, and ethical clinical practices. The organization says the expanded network will continue to focus on delivering personalized fertility solutions rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach.
Addressing the partnership, Dr. Kamini Rao, Founder & Chairman, Santaana Fertility, said:
“For too long, fertility care has been measured by the number of IVF cycles performed rather than the quality of clinical decision-making. With this partnership, we are now able to scale a model where science, ethics, and empathy come together to deliver accurate diagnosis and personalized care. The partnership with Magnet Hospitals and its integrated ecosystem will play a critical role in expanding this vision, enabling us to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across a wider network while empowering patients to make informed decisions.”
According to the company, patients across the expanded network will undergo detailed fertility evaluations before treatment planning. These assessments will include advanced genetic screening, reproductive immunology, and male fertility investigations to identify the underlying causes of infertility. By adopting this comprehensive diagnostic approach, the organization aims to enhance first-cycle IVF outcomes while limiting avoidable medical procedures, reducing treatment-related stress, and improving cost efficiency for patients.
Commenting on the collaboration, Dinesh Madhavan, Managing Director, Magnet Hospitals & Santaana Fertility, said: “This collaboration marks our ongoing commitment to developing integrated, patient centred healthcare ecosystems in partnership with doctors. Through this partnership with Santaana Fertility, we are combining the robust clinical proficiency with institutional patient care expertise to provide superior outcomes for patients.”
The fertility chain also emphasized that all medical decisions and treatment protocols will continue to remain under the supervision of its clinical leadership, ensuring complete clinical independence despite the operational partnership. It will further standardize treatment practices across every centre by building upon the collective expertise of Dr. Kamini Rao and Dr. Vyshnavi Rao. Alongside medical care, counselling and financial guidance will remain integral components of the patient support program.
The partnership marks a significant milestone in Santaana Fertility’s growth strategy and reflects the increasing demand for integrated fertility care in India. By expanding its clinical network while preserving its evidence-based and patient-focused approach, the organization aims to improve access to high-quality reproductive healthcare and deliver consistent treatment outcomes across Bengaluru.
