Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services has announced the acquisition of a 250-bed under-construction hospital facility in Sector 40, Gurugram, expanding its footprint in the Delhi-NCR healthcare market. The move marks the group’s formal entry into Gurugram, one of the region’s fastest-growing healthcare hubs.
Located in central Gurugram, the upcoming hospital is positioned near major residential neighbourhoods, commercial centres, and corporate zones. The facility is expected to address rising demand for advanced tertiary and quaternary medical care in the city and surrounding areas.
The company said the acquisition cost is estimated at nearly Rs 100 crore. An additional investment of around Rs 100 crore will be made towards completing construction and equipping the hospital with advanced medical infrastructure and technology.
According to the hospital group, the expansion is part of its broader strategy to strengthen its healthcare network across North India while increasing patient care capacity in the NCR region.
Speaking on the development, Mr. Yatharth Tyagi, Whole-Time Director, Yatharth Hospitals said: “We are pleased to announce Yatharth Group’s entry into Gurugram city with a 250-bed ultra-modern, high-end hospital. With its close proximity to the IGI airport, we look forward to catering to the growing healthcare needs of both domestic and international patients. Furthermore, we remain committed to bringing more such facilities across Gurugram and North India in coming times ahead.”
Yatharth Hospitals currently operates a network of super-speciality hospitals across Noida, Greater Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Faridabad, New Delhi, Jhansi-Orchha, and Agra. The healthcare provider has a total operational capacity of over 2,500 beds, while its planned and announced capacity is around 3,250 beds.
