Elan Group has announced a strategic collaboration with Fortis Memorial Research Institute (FMRI), Gurugram, enabling residents of its upcoming ultra-luxury development in Sector 49 to access round-the-clock medical care right within the residential complex. FMRI, among India’s leading multi-specialty institutions, will operate an on-site medical centre designed to deliver high-quality healthcare with the convenience of doorstep access.
As part of this initiative, the Elan Group will build a fully equipped healthcare facility, while FMRI will deploy a dedicated team of medical professionals to manage 24×7 operations. The centre will offer primary care, preventive health services, and wellness programs tailored for residents, ensuring timely support without the need to travel outside the community.
The partnership includes a wide suite of complimentary and discounted medical services. Residents will receive free vitals checks, first aid, dressings, injections, and bi-monthly internal medicine consultations. Additional benefits include preferential pricing on diagnostic tests, health screening packages, and Fortis Gurugram’s inpatient (IPD) services. Emergency response will be further strengthened through continuous ambulance availability.
Alongside clinical care, Elan and Fortis plan to host regular wellness and preventive health activities—such as yoga classes, screening camps, and awareness sessions—to foster a culture of holistic well-being among residents.
