Kauvery Hospital Named Among India’s Most Preferred Healthcare Workplaces (2025–26)

Kauvery Hospital has earned a place among India’s Most Preferred Workplaces 2025–26 in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotechnology category, an honour conferred by Team Marksmen, a well-known media, research and insights organisation. The hospital network operates multiple multi-specialty facilities across South India and is widely recognised for its patient-centric approach.

This distinction is part of Team Marksmen’s annual Most Preferred Workplace programme, which highlights organizations that demonstrate strong leadership, people-focused values, and cultures built on trust and performance. The research and evaluation for this initiative were independently conducted by LeadCap Ventures, a global advisory and consulting firm.

The selection process involved extensive market analysis along with confidential employee perception surveys that examined key aspects of the workplace experience. These included leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, employee wellbeing, opportunities for learning and development, inclusion initiatives, and the adoption of digital transformation practices.

A notable aspect of the study was the participation of both current and former employees, with nearly 70 per cent of respondents being ex-employees. This approach ensured a balanced and credible assessment, offering genuine insights into Kauvery Hospital’s workplace culture and internal practices.

The recognition underscores Kauvery Hospital’s continued focus on building a progressive, human-centric work environment while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and patient care across the region.

Commenting on the achievement, Dr S Manivannan said, “Being recognised among the Most Preferred Workplaces in Healthcare 2025-26 is a meaningful affirmation of our belief that exceptional care begins with empowered people. At Kauvery Hospital, we have consciously invested in our culture, our people and technology to build a workplace where collaboration, learning, inclusion and wellbeing thrive. The fact that this recognition is shaped by insights from both current and former employees makes it especially significant, as it reflects the consistency of our workplace practices and the values we stand by. This honour truly belongs to our teams, whose dedication and commitment enable us to innovate, lead and deliver compassionate care every day.”
