Paras Health has appointed Garima Tuteja as General Manager & Group Head – Compensation & Benefits, bringing her extensive healthcare HR experience to the organisation’s leadership team.
Tuteja joins Paras Health after serving as Deputy General Manager and HR Head at Max Healthcare, where she handled human resource responsibilities in a large hospital network.
Her professional experience includes key HR positions across leading healthcare institutions. She previously worked as Senior Human Resources Manager at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital and Human Resources Manager at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Vaishali. She also served as Deputy Manager at Fortis Healthcare.
Tuteja began her career as a Management Trainee with Antara Senior Living, part of the Max Group. Over the years, she progressed through various HR leadership positions, gaining experience in workforce management and hospital human resource operations.
In her new position, she will lead compensation and benefits functions at the group level for Paras Health. Her appointment adds experienced HR leadership to the organisation as it continues to strengthen its workforce and healthcare operations.
With a career spanning several prominent healthcare organisations, Tuteja brings sector-specific expertise to her new responsibility at Paras Health.
