Aksigen IVF has opened a 5,000 sq. ft. integrated fertility centre in Panvel, expanding access to assisted reproductive care for patients across Navi Mumbai, Raigad and nearby areas.
The new facility brings fertility consultations, advanced diagnostics, embryology, assisted reproductive technologies and patient education together under one roof. It follows Aksigen IVF’s science-driven model, with personalised treatment plans, digital laboratory systems and evidence-based protocols aimed at maintaining quality, transparency and patient safety.
Advanced IVF and Embryology Services
The centre offers a range of assisted reproductive technologies, including In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), Intracytoplasmic Morphologically Selected Sperm Injection (IMSI), Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT/PGD), Laser Assisted Hatching and advanced embryo cryopreservation.
Its embryology laboratory operates with controlled environmental conditions and standardised procedures covering fertilisation, embryo culture and cryopreservation.
For male fertility evaluation, the facility uses the LensHooke CASA X12 Pro, an AI-enabled semen analysis system that can assess the double-strand DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI). The technology is designed to deliver objective and reproducible results that can assist clinicians in treatment planning.
A major feature of the centre is the Bharat Daftary Knowledge Centre (BDKC), which Aksigen IVF describes as the first immersive IVF Knowledge Centre in the Navi Mumbai and Raigad region. The centre uses interactive technology to help patients better understand fertility, IVF procedures and reproductive health.
Patient safety and sample traceability are supported by RFID-based electronic witnessing and biometric verification. These systems work alongside manual double witnessing and digital records throughout the treatment process.
The Panvel centre also integrates components of Aksigen IVF’s ROOTS 360 ecosystem, including electronic medical records, AI-supported clinical governance, personalised treatment pathways and ANIRA, the organisation’s digital fertility companion.
