Tech Mahindra Partners with PeaceHealth to Advance AI-Driven Healthcare Technology

Tech Mahindra (NSE: TECHM) has entered into a strategic partnership with PeaceHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system in the United States, to strengthen its technology infrastructure and support its long-term digital transformation.

The collaboration aims to create a more resilient and future-ready healthcare technology ecosystem, allowing PeaceHealth to improve operational efficiency while keeping its focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

As part of the agreement, Tech Mahindra and its US healthcare subsidiary, The HCI Group, will take on key technology operations for PeaceHealth. These include applications, IT infrastructure, data management and cybersecurity.

The technology partnership is expected to improve scalability, strengthen IT support and enhance operational performance. It will also enable PeaceHealth to focus more closely on technology strategy, governance and its wider organisational priorities.

Mahesh Rajamani, Head – Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS), Americas, Tech Mahindra & CEO of HCi Group, said, “Healthcare organizations today are navigating growing technology complexity, evolving cybersecurity requirements, and increasing expectations for resilient, always-on digital services while prioritizing exceptional patient care. Through this partnership with PeaceHealth, we aim to build a future-ready healthcare technology ecosystem that enhances operational resilience, modernizes critical IT operations, and enables the organization to focus on technology strategy, governance, and delivering better outcomes for the communities it serves.”

The partnership adds further strength to Tech Mahindra’s Healthcare and Life Sciences business in North America. The company will bring together artificial intelligence, cloud technology, cybersecurity, digital engineering and managed services with its healthcare expertise to support PeaceHealth’s technology transformation.

Tech Mahindra currently works with more than 200 healthcare provider organisations across the United States. Its healthcare portfolio includes consulting, technology modernisation, electronic health record (EHR) implementation and support, as well as other digital transformation services.

The company’s global delivery network, healthcare capabilities and onshore presence position it to support large healthcare organisations with complex technology requirements while maintaining business continuity.

For PeaceHealth, the collaboration is expected to provide a stronger technology foundation as healthcare providers face growing digital demands, cybersecurity challenges and the need for reliable, always-available services.

The partnership highlights the growing role of technology in building resilient healthcare systems. By combining healthcare expertise with AI, cloud, cybersecurity and managed services, Tech Mahindra and PeaceHealth aim to create a more agile digital environment that supports both healthcare professionals and better patient experiences.
